Job Title: Electrical Test EngineerJob Description
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and testing electrical systems, along with generating labeling for identification and traceability, and compiling job documentation for all products before shipment. You will also assist in training or supporting other Quality Control employees, demonstrating leadership in work performance, quality, and attitude.
Responsibilities

+ Generate labeling for identification and traceability.
+ Compile comprehensive job documentation for all products before shipment.
+ Assist in training and supporting other Quality Control employees.
+ Demonstrate leadership in work performance, quality, and attitude.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical.
+ Experience in panel testing.
+ Ability to read and create electrical schematics.
+ Knowledge of test procedures.
+ At least 1 year of experience in control panel testing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Solidworks or any other drafting program related to electrical wiring.
+ HMI/PLC knowledge is a plus but not required.
+ Associate Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
Work Environment
The position involves designing custom electrical control panels for manufacturing on the production floor. The company offers a flexible work schedule with all employees finishing by 4 PM daily. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sussex, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46/hr.
