We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to assemble, modify, and test wire harnesses and associated components for aircraft systems. This hands‑on role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret technical documentation, and experience working with electrical assemblies in an aviation or manufacturing environment.
Primary ResponsibilitiesInterpret work orders, wiring diagrams, form boards, and wire lists to determine required materials and assembly steps.Rework and assemble connectors, backshells, wire terminations, splices, split rings, lugs, and other components used in wire harness construction.Wrap, tie, and organize wiring to meet quality, safety, and workmanship standards.Route wires and adjust routing paths or breakouts as required.Perform electrical testing to verify proper functionality and compliance.Complete all associated documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Pay$22 per hourShift Options (Candidates Must be Open to Both Shifts)1st Shift7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday3rd ShiftMonday–Thursday: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM (shift begins Sunday night)Friday: 9:30 PM – 4:30 AM (shift ends 4:30 AM Friday morning)Why Join the Team
