Job Title: Electrical Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at the plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes that involve Cold Forming, Annealing, Machining, Heat Treating, and Finishing. Our facility handles materials such as Brass, Aluminum, and Steel using modern equipment, including anodizers, paint systems, zinc plating line, and phoscoat line.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage manufacturing processes for optimal efficiency.Utilize state-of-the-art equipment for machining all types and shapes of metal stock.Ensure adherence to quality standards during the processes of Cold Forming, Annealing, Machining, Heat Treating, and Finishing.Collaborate with a team of engineers to enhance production capabilities.

Essential Skills.

PLC Programming At least 1 year of working knowledge with Metals.Proficiency in machines, heat treating, anodizing, and controls automation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with electrical engineering in a manufacturing environment.Ability to work collaboratively with mechanical engineers.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Merrill, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.60 - $40.00/hr.
