The pension is vested once you work there for 5 years. • 2 raises every year. One annually and one every August • The raises are anywhere from $.40 - $.60. They are having a union negotiation later this year to hopefully increase the raises. • They are offering up to 10 hours of OT during the Mon-Fri Week. At times they are offer OT on Saturday and Sunday.
