Thinking beyond opportunity and reward, at Flowserve, we are inspired by working together to create extraordinary flow control solutions to make the world better for everyone! **Role Summary:** Ensure correct and safe operation of equipment and machinery using a computerized maintenance management system. **Location: Springville, UT.** **Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays from 7 am to 3:30 pm.** **Responsibilities:** + Troubleshoot and maintain engines, conveyors, electrical systems, CNC machinery, pneumatic tools, and hydraulic equipment. + Identify faulty equipment through observation and testing metrics. Source replacement parts and perform repairs. + Continually update the production process and system software. + Attend daily shift meetings to prioritize work orders and minimize downtime. + Safely operate cranes, power tools, hoists, and hand tools. + Assess the condition of used parts using micrometers, calipers, and specifications. + Maintain parts and tool inventory. + Prepare maintenance reports and summary presentations using daily activity logs, analysis, and trends. + Maintain electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical knowledge via ongoing training, industry workshops, and technical reading. + Other duties as assigned. **Requirements:** + State Licensed Master Electrician + HS Diploma / GED and 3-5 years relevant experience + Industrial maintenance or heavy equipment experience required. + Team player and willing to work with minimal supervision. + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. + Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs. **Preferred:** + Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics. + Basic understanding of electrical systems and CNC equipment. **Benefits Starting from Day 1:** + Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (including FSA and HSA options) + Life Insurance + Supplemental Life, Child, Spousal, and AD&D Insurance + Short and Long Term Disability + Retirement Planning, 401(k) plan, & Financial Wellness Resources + Educational Assistance Program + Time off Policies (including sick leave, parental leave, and paid vacation) Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
