Job Title: Electrical/Panel Assembler 25+

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated panel assemblers to join our team and wire up high-performance industrial ovens and other thermal products. This role primarily involves point-to-point wiring of controls, relays, and fans, and is performed mostly from a seated position. All equipment is new, ensuring there is no live wiring involved.

Responsibilities

Perform point-to-point wiring of controls, relays, and fans.Work from wire diagrams to assemble panels accurately.Ensure precision and attention to detail in all wiring tasks.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in wiring and electrical assembly.Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.Experience in electrical and mechanical assembly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

At least 3 months of experience in wiring or electrical assembly, or equivalent education.Familiarity with reading schematics and ladder logic is preferred.Ownership of a basic set of tools, including wire cutters, wire stripper, and a set of screwdrivers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
