**Job Title:** Electrical Technician
**Location:** Fremont, CA
**Pay Range: Up to $32 per hour**

**What's the Job?**
**Primary responsibility is to assemble, trouble shoot and test complex electro-Mechanical and Power Conditioning modules. This person will also work closely with Engineering and NPI to determine the best layout for components and assist in documentation.**
**Position responsibilities:**
• Proficient in ability to read electrical and circuit schematics.
• Versatile in the use of hand tools and equipment used in the assembly of electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Route electrical harnesses in a clean and logical layout.
• Work closely with Engineering to develop documentation needed for prototype and production builds.
• Perform routine tests on finished assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Assist Engineering with trouble shooting of PCS modules
• Assist Engineering with the generation of test procedures
• Audit NPI kits to ensure materials are in order and kit is complete
• Communicate any shortages or problems with NPI kits to the Production Coordinator for resolution
• Manage the material flow in and out of the work area
Essential skills and experience:
• Read electrical and electronics schematics.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools used in the assembly of electro-mechanical systems.
• Education: AA or 3 years equivalent work experience.
• Must have experience working with Power Electronics product and PCBA soldering and De Soldering.
• Must be a team player, alert, motivated, and good communicator Good reading and writing skills
• Good organizational skills.
• Must have proven customer service skills to allow direct interfacing with other departments and even with customers.
• 5+ years’ experience in component level trouble shooting and repair
• 1+ year working knowledge of all Types of Inverters and Converters.
• 1+ year working knowledge of troubleshooting Electronics circuits.

• Previous supervision and leadership skills

• High Voltage Equipment Testing
• Bending tube and pipe experience
• SMT + THT Soldering and De-Soldering Skills
