**Aerotek is hiring multiple Electrical Equipment Assembler's! Starting pay $27+!** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team to build and assemble custom heat treat furnaces using a variety of hand and power tools. You will read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics to ensure the proper assembly of these furnaces. As you grow in this role, you will learn to efficiently lay out work, install electrical apparatus, wiring, conduit, wireways, and components to meet design specifications and schedules, while minimizing scrap and materials waste. **Responsibilities** + Assemble heat treat furnaces using hand and power tools. + Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics. + Install electrical apparatus, wiring, conduit, wireways, and components. + Efficiently utilize resources to minimize scrap and materials. + Collaborate with a team to ensure assembly meets design specifications. **Essential Skills** + Experience in electrical assembly in an industrial environment. + Basic knowledge of PLC (not programming). + Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics. + Ability to bend conduit and troubleshoot installations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read and understand equipment assembly instructions such as blueprints, schematics, and bills of materials. + Understanding of electrical schematics, including dimensions, tolerances, and component descriptions. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits. This is a union work environment. Shifts include 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and 2nd shift from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, currently extended to 10-hour shifts. Weekend work on Saturdays is also required. Training will likely occur on 1st shift, with potential shift changes based on union seniority rules. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr.
