This is a working foreman role-you'll be in the field regularly while overseeing service technicians and ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to code.

Strong collaboration with project managers and service leadership

Responsibilities:
What You?ll Do
Lead and support commercial electrical service calls and small project work

Supervise and mentor service electricians and apprentices in the field

Troubleshoot electrical issues in commercial environments

Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and coordinate manpower

Communicate job status, material needs, and issues to project leadership

Ensure work meets NEC, safety, and quality standards

Interface professionally with customers, inspectors, and vendors

Support scheduling, service documentation, and job closeout

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Journeyman or Master Electrician license

Experience in commercial service environments (vs. new construction only)

Familiarity with OSHA, NEC, and local AHJ requirements

Experience training or mentoring electricians and apprentices

Exposure to service management or work-order systems

Education:
Trade

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
5+ years of commercial electrical experience

Prior experience as a Lead Electrician, Foreman, or Service Supervisor

Strong troubleshooting skills across commercial electrical systems

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and service documentation

Solid leadership, communication, and customer-facing skills

Valid driver?s license and ability to travel locally to job sites


The Electrical Service Foreman plays a critical role in:

Maintaining safety, quality, and productivity in the field
