RESPONSIBILITY Prospecting and Acquisition - Proactively identify and pursue new projects and customers to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and market presence. Relationship Building - Cultivate strong relationships with investors, end-users, consultants, and large contractors within the industrial market.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and position our products and solutions effectively. Sales Documentation - Prepare quotations, bidding documents, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all sales-related documentation. Presentations - Develop and deliver presentations to showcase our company's products, solutions, and services to potential customers.
- Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and concerns. Technical Support - Collaborate with internal team to provide technical support during the sales process.
- Ensure smooth project delivery processes, addressing technical inquiries and concerns. Feedback Gathering - Solicit and gather feedback from clients to understand their needs, concerns, and preferences.
- Utilize client feedback to refine and enhance the sales strategy.

REQUIREMENT
Educational Excellence Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, or a related discipline. Sales Expertise Accumulate a minimum of 3 years of hands-on sales experience, specializing in electrical systems, or industrial/infrastructure sectors, encompassing electronics, industrial machines, cable, lighting, and pumps. Customer-Focused Mindset Display a keen enthusiasm for actively seeking and securing new customers. Adaptable Learner Exhibit a proactive willingness to absorb new knowledge and stay abreast of evolving technologies in the field of electrical sales.
