**Job Title: Electrical Panel Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Electrical Panel Assembler to build electrical panels according to specifications, engineering designs, and schematics. This role involves assembly and wiring of electrical components on balers. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and wire electrical components on balers. + Build electrical panels per specifications, engineering designs, and schematics. + Use wire strippers, hand drills, air wrenches, hydraulic knockouts, and AMP meters. + Understand and interpret electrical schematics. + Perform basic math calculations. + Work in various positions, including kneeling, stooping, and bending. + Lift up to 70lbs as part of the assembly process. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of experience in basic electrical work. + Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical schematics. + Ability to use hand tools and equipment such as wire strippers, hand drills, air wrenches, and AMP meters. + Basic math skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanically inclined with experience in panel building and assembly. + Experience in residential or automotive electrical work. + Ability to use tools like micrometers and control panels. + Strong attendance record. + Good communication skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Desire to learn and grow in the role. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its employees with regular raise evaluations every four months, an 'Employee of the Month' recognition with gift cards, and a family-like environment. Be prepared to lift up to 70lbs and work in various positions such as kneeling, stooping, and bending. Occasional outdoor work is required. The workshop conditions include shop noise, dust, fumes, and heat. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baxley, Ga. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
