We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Order Puller to join our team. This role focuses on accurately pulling and preparing electrical components for orders while maintaining a strong understanding of electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of electrical components, voltage ratings, and basic electrician experience to ensure correct parts are selected and handled safely.
ResponsibilitiesAccurately pull and prepare electrical components for orders.Maintain a strong understanding of electrical systems and components.Identify electrical components and understand voltage ratings.Ensure accuracy in pulling and staging orders.Track and organize stock with inventory management skills.Troubleshoot issues with order accuracy or component compatibility.Maintain a clean and efficient workspace.Perform cycle counts and data entry.Scan inventory and exercise inventory control.Essential SkillsAbility to identify electrical components and understand voltage ratings.Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in orders.Experience in inventory management and organizational skills.Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot order issues.Forklift operation experience or certification preferred.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.2-3 years of electrical experience.Ability to lift up to 100 lbs repeatedly.Strong communication and organizational skills.Valid driver's license.Basic mathematic skills for inventory tracking.Familiarity with reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and schematics (preferred).Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred).Forklift certification (preferred).Why Work Here?Enjoy a relaxed culture with no micromanagement and a variety of work due to a wide range of breaker types. Work EnvironmentThe work involves handling commercial/industrial circuit breakers purchased from demolition sites. These breakers are kept in inventory until sold and then refurbished. The testing room is a new addition where you will take the lead. The company specializes in after-market or secondary breakers that may be obsolete. The team consists of about 50 employees, with Chief positions overseeing the warehouse, shipping, and the shop. The work schedule is 8-5, Monday to Friday.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
