**Job Title: Electrical Mechanical Technician** **Job Description** As an Electrical Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for high-precision electromechanical assembly and rework following engineering directions. You will handle printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) with care and adhere to ESD-safe practices. Your role will involve performing torqueing, soldering, and mechanical integration according to specifications, conducting surface inspections, and maintaining detailed documentation. Additionally, you will interpret technical drawings, schematics, and build instructions, while supporting prototype builds and iterative engineering changes. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and rework electromechanical components with high precision. + Handle PCBA with care, ensuring ESD-safe practices. + Perform torqueing, soldering, and mechanical integration to specification. + Conduct thorough surface inspections and maintain detailed documentation. + Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and build instructions. + Support prototype builds and implement iterative engineering changes. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and electronics engineering. + Strong soldering skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair. + Experience with IPC-A-620 standards for cable and wire harness assembly. + Knowledge of J-STD-001 soldering standards. + Understanding of NASA workmanship standards. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Certifications in IPC-A-620 and J-STD-001 are highly desirable. + Familiarity with NASA workmanship standards is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values precision and innovation in engineering.
