**Job Title: Electrical Manager**
**Job Description**
An Electrical Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of electrical maintenance operations within a facility. This role involves supervising a team of electricians and maintenance workers to ensure the timely completion of construction, preventative maintenance, improvements, and repairs to buildings and equipment. The Electrical Manager plays a crucial role in providing expert guidance, ensuring safety standards are met, and optimizing departmental policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Hire, train, and manage electricians.
+ Review and file all daily project reports.
+ Oversee the completion of all electrical preventative maintenance tasks.
+ Manage installations and repairs as needed.
+ Supervise all facility electrical department operations.
+ Investigate and resolve any client complaints.
+ Lead weekly team meetings to ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
+ Collaborate closely with other facility department leaders and company executives.
+ Develop and improve departmental policies and procedures.
+ Suggest ways to increase revenues and efficiency.
+ Determine work schedules and assignments.
+ Set and track the departmental budget.
+ Manage inventory.
+ Maintain and review CMMS responsibilities related to the electrical department.
+ Collaborate with the Complex Capital group on complex projects.
+ Manage on-call electrical contracts, including vertical transportation to ensure contract compliance.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficient in electrical management and facilities maintenance.
+ Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
+ Strong project management skills.
+ Experience in HVAC, estimation, and vendor management.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 5 years of management experience.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
