Electrical Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing defective parts in controllers, switchboards, switches, conductors, and other electrical fixtures. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical components of machinery and equipment, including transformers, generators, exciters, and hydraulic and pneumatic devices. Additional responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance on field electrical systems, testing solid-state circuitry, and installing enhancements and major upgrades to electrical subsystems.
Responsibilities:
Repair and replace defective parts in electrical systems and componentsInstall, maintain, and repair electrical components of machinery and equipmentPerform preventive maintenance on field electrical systems and devicesTest solid-state circuitry for defects in digital and analog equipmentInstall enhancements and major upgrades to electrical subsystemsDesign and modify motor power control equipment circuitsRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematicsPrepare schedules and coordinate activities with other divisions and sectionsPlan and execute work orders based on instructions, sketches, and drawingsEnsure accuracy and completion of all preventive maintenance dutiesEssential Skills:
Electrical troubleshooting and maintenancePLC troubleshooting and programmingKnowledge of hydraulics and pneumaticsAbility to perform maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systemsFamiliarity with Allen-Bradley equipmentAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbsCapability to lift 65 lbs from floor to shoulder level occasionallyOccasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbsWhy Work Here:

Work Environment:
This position operates in a non-climate-controlled environment on a 1st shift schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
