**Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience in electrical troubleshooting to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical to ensuring the uptime and efficiency of our automated production equipment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in diagnosing and repairing electrical issues, with the ability to support mechanical maintenance as needed. **Key Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on automated manufacturing equipment using tools such as multimeters. + Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues; basic PLC programming and troubleshooting required. + Perform reactive maintenance on electrical systems and assist with mechanical failures when necessary. + Support preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime. + Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. + Collaborate with other maintenance and production team members to ensure smooth operations. **Required Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair. + Experience with PLCs (troubleshooting and basic programming). + Familiarity with industrial electrical systems, including: + Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) + 3-phase motors + Relays and control circuits + Gearboxes and mechanical drive systems + Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals. + Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and general industrial safety practices. **Why Join Us?** + Competitive hourly pay: $26–$33/hr + Opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing technology + Supportive team environment with growth potential + Commitment to safety and continuous improvement **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
