**Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire!** **Location:** OKC, Oklahoma 73108 **Shift:** Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM **Why You’ll Want This Job** Direct placement with a nationally recognized company Full benefits starting on day one (health, dental, vision, 401(k), and more) Be part of a brand-new facility with modern equipment Opportunity to build and grow the maintenance team from the ground up **Key Responsibilities** Troubleshoot and program Allen Bradley PLCs Maintain and repair 480V systems, VFDs, and industrial equipment Pull wire, bend conduit, and terminate electrical connections Perform mechanical maintenance including hydraulics and pneumatics Work independently and solve complex technical issues **Qualifications** Minimum 7+ years in electrical and mechanical maintenance (10+ preferred) Strong experience with PLC programming, VFDs, and 480V systems Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication (welding a plus) Proven ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively **Work Environment** Brand-new, non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility producing cold-formed metal frames **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $74880.00/yr. 75% of benefits paid.
