Assignment will start on August 19, 2026. **Salary Range:** $44,144 – $96,906 annually Salary placement is determined on the basis of academic credentials and professional experience and is set in accordance with the 2024 - 2025 MSCF Contract (http://www.minnstate.edu/system/working/docs/contracts/mscf-contract.pdf#page=61) and is conducted by the Minnesota State System Office. Initial salary placement for new Minnesota State College faculty falls between $44,144 and $73,690, depending on academic credentials and years of creditable professional experience. **Minimum Qualifications** Education Requirement + Diploma in an electrical linework program. Occupational Experience Requirement + Four full-time (or equivalent) years of verified related paid work experience in electrical linework. Recency Requirement + One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field.
