Electrical & Instrumentation Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to support manufacturing operations on night shift. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical, instrumentation, controls, and automation systems in a fast-paced production environment.

Direct Hire position$44.47 /hourThird Shift (Sunday through Sunday from 05:30pm to 06:30am)Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, instrumentation, controls, and automation equipment and softwarePerform preventative maintenance, work orders, lubrication, and equipment changeovers to maximize plant performanceTroubleshoot and maintain power distribution systems, motor and motion controls, PLC systems, and SCADA platformsWork within platforms such as Studio5000 / Logix5000, FactoryTalk ME & SE, Ethernet/IP networks, and motion control systemsUtilize electrical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation to complete repairs and preventative maintenanceMaintain and properly operate electrical testing equipmentEnsure compliance with safety standards, GMP requirements, and regulatory guidelinesIdentify root causes of breakdowns and implement corrective and preventative actions using continuous improvement toolsCreate and update SOPs, job aids, and maintenance documentationTrack maintenance activities, parts usage, and labor hours within electronic systemsElectrical & Instrumentation Technician Qualifications:
Associate degree or technical training in Electrical Technology, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or related field preferredMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience with electrical systems, PLCs, motor and motion controls, instrumentation, and industrial automation in a manufacturing environmentExperience with power distribution, HMI systems, and industrial control networksPrevious food manufacturing experience preferredStrong understanding of electrical schematics and industrial safety standardsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
