Description

Our client is looking for an Electrical Quality Inspector to join the a project in the West of Canada. The scope is wet mill construction (mostly) and commissioning – cable pulling, tie ins, field installation of electrical material and equipment , interface with construction, take tasks to their ITP figure out what inspections, fill out check sheets, smart inspections, daily inspection reports for the clients, punch completion, walk downs, start greenfield and switch to brownfield and permits (won’t be responsible for permits)

14/7 rotation, and would have a cross shift.

MUST HAVE

2+ years as an inspector, at least 5+ as a journey man electrician

Electrical/instrumentation background (Journeyman electrician at some point)

Exp with testing point to point, inspections, making sure everything is compliant

Computer – blue beam, smart completions, SPF

Canadian Electrical – CEC 22.1

Industrial experience

Certificates - Fall arrest, confined space, CSTS 20
