Electrical Helper
Job Description We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Electrical Technician with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of electrical concepts, familiarity with low-voltage systems, and a willingness to grow within the role while adapting to JCI Standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to follow instructions while contributing to a clean and efficient work environment. You will assist with pulling wire, routing cables, making terminations, bending conduit, and interpreting wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings. Skills and Requirements 1–3 years of electrical experience Basic understanding of electrical concepts and low-voltage systems Ability to use basic hand and power tools Willingness to learn and adapt to JCI Standards Ability to follow required safety protocols OSHA 10 certification Knowledge of PPE standards Ladder safety awareness Ability to pull and route wiring Ability to make terminations Basic conduit bending skills Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean work area Ability to follow directions and take guidance from supervisors Ability to read and comprehend wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and building plans Previous experience specifically within HVAC controls or building automation Experience working under JCI (Johnson Controls) standards Strong mechanical aptitude Demonstrated reliability or positive references from previous supervisors
