**Job Title: Residential Electrical Technician**
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Residential Electrical Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering professional and quality electrical services that surpass customer expectations.
Responsibilities
+ Perform residential electrical services including installation of outlets, fixtures, and panels.
+ Plan, layout, and install electrical wiring and equipment based on blueprints and job specifications in accordance with NEC and local code.
+ Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment to locate and correct breakdowns.
+ Provide high-quality craftsmanship ensuring services meet or exceed customer expectations.
+ Coordinate the ordering of materials through designated channels.
+ Communicate effectively with management on challenges, successes, and needs to enhance value and service delivery.
+ Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all necessary documentation, including responding to communications, quoting services, and managing payments.
+ Contribute to growing our customer base and service range through growth-related initiatives.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 4-5 years of residential electrical experience, including remodel and new construction.
+ Good understanding of NEC and local requirements.
+ Possession of hand tools and a clean driving record.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with conduit bending, wiring, and construction.
+ Ability to pull wire and bend conduit.
+ Honesty and integrity, with a friendly and customer-focused demeanor.
+ Professional appearance and willingness to exceed expectations.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
