We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to support our growing industrial division. This role will oversee key upcoming projects including:

New St. Paul’s Hospital – CSRCCoquitlam – TransLink SkyTrain Maintenance YardVarious BC Hydro projects (out‑of‑town)Local industrial projects across the Lower MainlandResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of apprentices and electricians to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and to code.Supervise and coordinate electrical installations, including conduit bending, wire pulling, and other industrial electrical systems.Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to meet project schedules and quality standards.Maintain a strong focus on safety, workmanship, and team productivity.Essential QualificationsRed Seal / Journeyman Electrician certification.3+ years of experience in industrial electrical projects.Willingness to join the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).Preferred Qualifications3+ years of experience on BC Hydro or utility/power‑related projects is a strong asset.Proven leadership experience managing crews on medium‑to‑large industrial job sites.Why Join Our Team?Competitive union wages and comprehensive benefits.Strong family-owned culture with a supportive, team-first atmosphere.Opportunities for career advancement across multiple divisions.Regular on‑site lunches, events, and company gatherings.Long-standing reputation as a leading electrical contractor.Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $114000.00 - $127000.00/yr.
