**Job Title: Electrical Foreman** Job Description We are seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to oversee various commercial projects in Richmond, VA. The role involves managing crews and ensuring successful completion of electrical tasks. Responsibilities + Manage and lead crews of 4-5 electricians on commercial projects. + Coordinate and supervise electrical work, ensuring compliance with blueprints and safety regulations. + Install, run, and maintain conduit and wiring systems. + Work collaboratively with construction teams to achieve project goals. Essential Skills + Minimum of 5 years experience as an electrician in commercial projects. + At least 1 year of experience running crews of 4-5 members. + Proficiency in electrical work, including conduit installation and wiring. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Journeyman certification preferred, but non-carded candidates will be considered. + Clean driving record required. + Experience leading a crew of at least 3 members. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ASHLAND, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
