Job Title: Electrical Foreman
Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in industrial facilities, in accordance with NEC guidelines. This role involves overseeing journeyman and apprentice electricians, as well as managing job sites efficiently.

ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial facilities following NEC guidelines.Oversee journeyman and apprentice electricians, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.Manage and run job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Read and interpret blueprints to execute electrical installations accurately.Conduct electrical troubleshooting and resolve issues promptly.Plan and execute high voltage and conduit installations, including bending and wiring.Coordinate with other trades such as pipefitting, HVAC, and rigging as necessary.Essential SkillsJourneyman or Master Electrical LicenseExperience reading and interpreting blueprintsStrong troubleshooting skillsExperience as a working foreman, leading multiple crews on large projectsAt least 8 years of electrical experienceUnderstanding of industrial facilities and electrical systemsAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with industrial electrical systemsKnowledge of pipefitting, HVAC, rigging, and constructionFamiliarity with schematic and electrical schematic interpretationProficiency in conduit bending and switchgear installationsWhy Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $99840.00/yr.
