Job Title: Lead Electrical Foreman Location: Matthews, NC (office) - work located in Charlotte and surrounding areas Pay Rate: $35+ depending on experience Duration: Direct Placement Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and coordinate a team of electricians on commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all work complies with safety standards, electrical codes, and project specifications. Responsibilities: + Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electricians and helpers. + Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics. + Plan and layout conduit systems and electrical panel locations. + Ensure adherence to safety protocols and project timelines. + Conduct inspections and troubleshoot electrical systems. + Train and mentor junior electricians. Requirements: + 5+ years of electrical experience, including supervisory roles. + Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints. + Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes. + Excellent leadership and communication skills. + Valid driver’s license.
