**Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled foreman with electrical field experience to lead and guide subcontractors at a UK Cancer Center. The successful candidate will manage crews of 12-16, ensuring efficient and effective completion of tasks. Will be communicating with all subcontractors. **Responsibilities** + Lead and supervise crews of 12-16 subcontractors on site. + Assist subcontractors with electrical field tasks. + Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. + Facilitate communication and coordination among team members. + Read and interpret blueprints for project execution. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in electrical field work. + Expertise in conduit bending. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with conduit pulling and terminations. **Work Environment** This position is based at a commercial project site, specifically within a UK Cancer Center. The role requires hands-on electrical field work and involves collaboration with various subcontractors. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
