Lead and guide apprentices and journeymen in executing commercial and industrial electrical projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise and mentor apprentices and journeymen in electrical tasks.Plan and coordinate the installation of electrical systems according to project specifications.Ensure adherence to electrical schematics and blueprints during installation.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly and effectively.Conduct conduit bending and electrical wiring tasks efficiently.Oversee solar installations and ensure compliance with safety standards.Essential SkillsProficiency in electrical wiring and conduit installation.Ability to interpret and follow electrical schematics and blueprints.Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical systems.Experience in conduit bending and electrical wiring.Knowledge of solar installation procedures.Additional Skills & QualificationsJourneyman card required.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based in Moses Lake, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
