About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Estimator to join our Facilities Services team in Auckland. Reporting to the Electrical Manager, this role is responsible for managing the end-to-end pricing and delivery of minor works and projects. You will prepare quality quotes, oversee project execution, and ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting. This is a hands-on role that requires strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

About you:

Trade qualified in Electrical, with current registration highly advantageous.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial maintenance environment.

At least 2 years’ experience in estimating and/or project management.

Experience using estimating packages (e.g. VO6 or similar).

Strong written communication skills, especially in preparing estimates.

Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
