Job Title: Electrical Engineering Manager Job Description The Electrical Engineering Manager will oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and hardware solutions across diverse projects. You will collaborate closely with Electrical Project Engineers to design power generation and control systems for industrial equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities + Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and hardware solutions. + Collaborate with Electrical Project Engineers to design power generation and control systems. + Ensure all designs comply with industry standards. + Review and correct drawings for the design and development of electrical control panels. + Interact with Mechanical and Field Service teams to ensure successful project completion. + Manage a team of less than 10 employees. Essential Skills + Electrical Engineering degree. + 8+ years of experience as an Electrical Controls Engineer, including at least 2 years in a supervisor or lead role. + Proficiency in Rockwell PLCs and Wonderware (Ignition) HMI panels. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in engineering management and controls engineering. + Familiarity with Autocad and Solidworks. + Knowledge in high voltage power generation. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Rancocas, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $150000.00/yr. 10-15 days PTO (neg), 10 paid holidays, 5 NJ sick days and full health coverage. Profit sharing and typically a minimum 15% bonus paid out quarterly pending organizational performance. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Rancocas,NJ.
