We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a highly skilled engineering team supporting next‑generation defense and maritime technologies. In this role, you’ll work across the full hardware lifecycle—concept, design, integration, and test—on complex electrical and electronic subsystems used in automated test platforms and embedded systems. What You’ll DoDesign, document, and evaluate a wide range of electrical and electronic subsystems supporting automated test platforms and embedded systems.Perform hands‑on engineering across multiple domains, including:High‑ and low‑voltage power electronicsElectrical power distribution and regulationControl and automation circuitryMixed analog/digital circuit designCircuit Card Assembly (CCA) design, layout, and integrationSignal acquisition and processingBasic embedded software developmentCustom cable routing, design, and fabricationDevelop and test electronics for underwater embedded platforms, data‑collection devices, and ground‑based test systems supporting maritime and defense applications.Create schematics and PCB layouts using Altium, producing clear, manufacturable design documentation.Own your designs end‑to‑end—generating and maintaining requirements, design specifications, schematics, BOMs, mechanical layouts, and test documentation.Maintain detailed design records to support configuration management, traceability, and version control.Troubleshoot and resolve issues at both the component and system level to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and engage with customers to understand requirements, propose solutions, and provide technical updates.What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.5+ years of experience in hardware or electrical design roles.Strong background in electronics design for test systems, power conversion, signal amplification, filtering, and digital signal handling.Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout using industry‑standard tools (Altium preferred).Hands‑on prototyping experience, including soldering, cable fabrication, circuit debugging, and benchtop testing.Experience using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, waveform generators, spectrum/network analyzers, DMMs, and power supplies.Proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose complex, integrated systems.Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and technical data packages.Preferred Experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $170000.00/hr.
