Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Job Description
The Electrical Engineer will oversee and lead the design of electrical control systems for safe, effective, and efficient operation of products and processes while meeting and exceeding company quality and production standards, as well as customer documentation and delivery expectations.
Responsibilities
Design electrical control systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.Lead projects to meet company quality and production standards.Oversee the development and implementation of engineering standards.Ensure compliance with applicable codes and customer specifications.Manage project workflow to remain within schedule and budget requirements.Collaborate with teams across electrical, mechanical, and software design and commissioning functions.Essential Skills
3+ years of experience overseeing, leading, and designing electrical product control systems.Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical.Competency across electrical, mechanical, and software design.Proven ability in the electrical power engineering discipline.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) preferred but not required.Experience with LV and MV switchgear assemblies.Commercial and design experience in renewables, emerging energy markets, data centers, battery systems, stored energy, and charging stations is a plus.Work Environment
The position is onsite and will require regular interaction with equipment on the floor.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
\tWeekly Premiums $65.00 for 1 or more\tBenefits will start the first day following the month of your start date.\t401K benefit will start the first day of the month following 30-days of employment.\tNon-Union Employees are required to sign up for the IBEW Health Care Plan.
