Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with expertise in cable harness design, circuit card assemblies, and power distribution systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive and capable of managing projects from design to completion, ensuring all components are integrated effectively within the constraints of funding, time, and project requirements.
Responsibilities
Design and manage cable harnesses, including fiber, copper, data, and analog/digital systems.Work with 3 Phase 115V AC Power systems, focusing on PWB or PCB and circuit card assemblies.Consider EMI requirements and implement effective shielding solutions.Integrate boards within compact systems, selecting appropriate components for power control.Collaborate with cable and EE teams, and delegate tasks to technicians as necessary.Communicate effectively and manage project timelines to ensure successful completion.Essential Skills
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in electrical engineering.Strong problem-solving skills, considering project limitations like funding and time.Excellent communication and project management abilities.Experience in schematic design, electrical design, and systems integration.Experience in power and/or signals, with a focus on EMI shielding.Additional Skills & Qualifications
CAD tool experience preferred.Proactive approach to engineering challenges.Familiarity with Autocad Electrical, Altium, and hardware components.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
