Job Title: Electrical Engineer Job Description We are seeking a motivated and hard-working Electrical Engineer with a strong practical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the amusement/theme park industry and in mechanical and/or electrical applications engineering related to amusement ride machinery. This position is based in St. Petersburg. Responsibilities + Apply mechanical and electrical engineering expertise to amusement ride machinery. + Utilize knowledge of steel construction, welding, fasteners, machining, bearings, wheels, and conveyance systems. + Incorporate understanding of control systems, power distribution, electrical systems, motors, motor control systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and human factors. + Read and interpret engineering drawings to understand the technical complexities of theme park rides. + Manage projects efficiently, meeting tight deadlines and adjusting to changing priorities. + Collaborate as a motivated team player in a fast-paced environment. Essential Skills + 3-5 years of experience in the amusement/theme park industry. + 3-5 years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical applications engineering. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and SOLIDWORKS. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Detail-oriented and organized. + Ability to work well under pressure. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Knowledge of MS Project is a plus. + Fluency in additional language(s) is a plus. + Strong technical background in the amusement industry. + Excellent typing and grammar skills.
