Electrical Engineer
Job Title: Electrical EngineerJob Description Under the guidance of the Engineering Manager, the Electrical Engineer will oversee and lead the design of electrical control systems. This role ensures the safe, effective, and efficient operation of products and processes, meeting and exceeding quality and production standards, alongside customer documentation and delivery requirements. Responsibilities + Design electrical control systems for safe and efficient operation. + Oversee and lead electrical product control system projects. + Develop and implement engineering standards. + Ensure compliance with applicable codes and customer specifications. + Manage projects to remain within schedule and budget requirements. Essential Skills + 3+ years of experience in overseeing and designing electrical product control systems. + Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical. + Strong understanding of electrical power engineering. + Competence in electrical, mechanical, and software design and commissioning. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) preferred but not required. + Experience with LV and MV switchgear assemblies. + Commercial and design experience in renewables, emerging energy markets, data centers, battery systems, stored energy, and charging stations is a plus. Work Environment This is an onsite position requiring regular interaction with equipment on the shop floor. Minimal travel of less than 10% may be required in the future. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
