Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with deep expertise in SolidWorks Electrical. This position involves supporting and leading electrical design activities, including library development, CAD migration, and wiring harness design. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional, capable of working independently, contributing immediately, and facilitating the transition from legacy CAD tools into SolidWorks Electrical.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical design activities including library development and CAD migration.Design and revise wiring harness routings.Migrate data from AutoCAD to SolidWorks Electrical.Set up Electrical Libraries.Support the transition from legacy CAD tools into SolidWorks Electrical.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in SolidWorks Electrical is a must.Experience in electrical engineering and electrical design.Ability to create and revise wiring harness routings.Experience with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

A degree in a related field is preferred.5-7 years of experience in relevant industries.Experience in AG, Mining, Automotive, Construction, Aerospace is desirable.

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Longview, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
