As an Electronics Engineer, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the US Navy. You will play a crucial role in upgrading, designing, implementing and testing advanced systems.

Designs, fabricates, modifies, and evaluates electronic apparatus, components, or circuitry for use in electronic equipment and devices Designs, test, inspect, and update electronic systems, components, equipment along with softwareAnalyze customer needs and determine the requirements, capacity, and cost for developing an electrical system plan or productEvaluate systems and recommend design modifications or equipment repairInspect electronic equipment, instruments, and systems to make sure they meet safety standards and applicable regulationsDraft specifications, instructions, and reports Partner with other internal and/or external stakeholders as well as clients to ensure projects are successfully completed to specificationsStay abreast of emerging trends and technology
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Electronics Engineer must have:
● Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
● Experience: 2+ years of related experience
● Technical skills: Experience with:
● Security clearance level: Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance
● US citizenship required
● Role requirements: Work is at the customer site
