**Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician with Crayola Factory!** **Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, troubleshooting, and overhaul of existing electromechanical equipment. This role requires performing preventative maintenance on a wide variety of production equipment including processing and packaging equipment, and planning and scheduling PM tasks to align with production.** **Responsibilities** + Perform routine and scheduled preventative maintenance on all production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and operational readiness. + Quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on equipment and building systems to minimize downtime. + Adhere to all plant safety policies, procedures, and regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times. + Assist with the installation, assembly, and setup of new or relocated production equipment according to layout plans and manufacturer specifications. + Maintain accurate and timely records of all maintenance activities, work orders, parts usage, and modifications in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). + **Experience with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment.** + **Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.** + **Ability to perform preventative maintenance and understand PLC troubleshooting and control.** + **Proficiency in reading schematics and electrical troubleshooting, including 3-phase systems.** **Why Work Here?** Enjoy free admission to exciting experiences and take part in community volunteerism opportunities.
