• Provision of service related to electrical hardware components and PLC software at our UPW, reclaim and waste water treatment plants and associated equipment and systems (electrical engineering, installation, programing, configuring, commissioning, testing)
• Overseeing the electrical installation and managing of electrical sub-contractors, inspecting ongoing work, ensuring compliance with local and site specific requirements, safety and quality standards
• Monitoring, controlling and evaluating performance of sub-contractors
• Interface with customer, suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors during all stages of a project, ranging from equipment design/manufacturing through installation and commissioning
• Analyze customer needs and specifications to identify the scope of supply and necessary engineering activities, provide customer support and service with a focus on improving customer relationship
• Demonstrate experience in troubleshooting and problem solving in the Electrical and Instrumentation area
• Create electrical design and engineering documents in collaboration with other engineers (electrical drawings, instrument list/ BOM)
• Survey and select products, suppliers and subcontractors including inquiry of quotations, preparation of purchase request
• Preparation of proposals and support sales activities for parts, services
• Occasional travel within Taiwan
• Other duties may be assigned if required
