🔧 What You’ll Do

As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you’ll be part of a tight‑knit team building custom industrial control panels and electrical cabinets. Every day brings something new as you:

Assemble, wire, and test electrical components and systemsWork from blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematicsRoute and connect wiring between controls, sensors, equipment, and power sourcesCollaborate with technicians, leads, and project coordinators to ensure quality and accuracy

Basic wiring or electrical assembly interest or experienceAbility to read or learn to read schematics and blueprintsComfort using hand tools and a tape measureBasic math skills (including fractions)A High School Diploma or GED

Bonus points for: prior electrical, mechanical, trade school, or panel assembly experience—but not required!
