Join our team as anAssembly Technician, where you’ll help build and package essential products used in commercial aviation—like flashlight battery packs, first aid kits, survival kits, and flight attendant demonstration bags. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoys both independent and team-based work.

🛠️Key ResponsibilitiesRead work orders and production drawings to assemble panel parts using sample assemblies.Follow written and verbal instructions to complete tasks accurately.Use PPE and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Align and position parts using jigs, fixtures, or holding devices.Secure components using crimping, staking, screwing, riveting, welding, soldering, or similar methods.Mount electronic components (e.g., transformers, resistors, capacitors) on chassis panels.Install sub-assemblies into external hardware.Attach hardware such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches.📚Required Skills & ExperienceExperience working with electronics (e.g., computers, phones, gaming systems).Ability to read work orders and perform electrical assembly.General production experience, including soldering and machine operation.Electrical wiring skills.High School Diploma or GED.✨Preferred QualificationsStrong manual dexterity and attention to detail.Effective communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a manufacturing environment, both independently and in a team.🎉Why Join Us?🥪Modern Amenities: Newly renovated break room with a built-in mini market.🗓️Flexible Scheduling: Rotating 4-day and 5-day work weeks with flexible start times after probation.🎁Positive Culture: Participate in raffles and enjoy employee appreciation handouts.🧼Clean & Organized Facility: Work in a well-maintained, team-oriented environment.🏭Work Environment

You’ll work in aquiet, well-lit, and temperature-controlled facilitywith static control measures in place. Most tasks are performed individually at a bench, but team leads and supervisors are always nearby for support. Some areas may have mild humidity due to static control systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.35/hr.
