**Job Title: Electrical Assembly Technician** **Job Description** Assist the team in electrical builds of customer products. This role requires the ability to read and understand wiring schematics and diagrams, particularly point-to-point wiring. Experience with crimping, pulling, terminating, and installing electrical harnesses and subassemblies is essential. **Responsibilities** + Perform electrical and mechanical assembly, including panel wiring, while adhering to safety, quality, and customer specifications. + Assemble finished units per customer specifications, involving pulling wire, crimping, installing, and testing wiring and wiring harnesses using voltmeters and ohmmeters. + Perform part replacement on tools as needed and according to schedule. + Resolve routine questions and problems, referring more complex issues to higher levels. + Work under direct, close supervision, with output frequently monitored. + Follow detailed written or verbal instructions, including visual aids, diagrams, and schematics. + Ensure assigned area is clean and organized per 5S standards. + Comply with and follow all procedures within the company security policy. + Coordinate with teammates to organize tasks requiring multiple team members to accomplish. + Keep inventory personnel informed of spare parts inventory and locations for order fulfillment. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of experience in electrical wiring and assembly, and interpreting wiring schedules, schematics, or visual aids. + Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. + Proficient in operating a personal computer, including using a Windows-based operating system and related software packages. + Capability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. + Ability to interpret blueprints, graphs, and schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Schooling experience in lieu of hands-on experience is acceptable (TCAT, Delta Tech, Moore Tech, Southwest). + Must take and pass assessment. + Relatable experience from roles such as avionics technicians, A&P technicians, or former military personnel with skills in wiring and diagnostics. **Why Work Here?** We offer a career growth opportunity where previous team members have advanced to VP and CEO roles. We provide biweekly pay and are known for truly taking care of our people. **Work Environment** This role requires working from 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with the necessity to work on Saturdays if scheduled. Shifts may vary, including occasional 10 or 12-hour shifts. Overtime is available, with no more than 58 hours per week. The work environment is extremely clean, temperature-controlled, and consists of stations with large working areas. Teams of 5-7 technicians collaborate to assemble units per specification. All tools and materials needed for assembly are provided, with no requirement for outside tools. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, Tennessee. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $29.68 - $31.80/hr.
