**Job Title: Assembler**
Job Description
As an assembler, you will play a crucial role in supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. You will apply your job skills and adhere to company policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks. You will need to acquire a working knowledge of product flow and understand the impact of quality on the production process. You will work on assignments that are routine in nature and require limited judgment. You will also operate within established policies and procedures and seek approval for any deviations.
Responsibilities
+ Read and document instructions for specific jobs daily.
+ Perform in-house quality checks to ensure all parts meet standards.
+ Utilize basic hand tools such as flat head screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and Phillips screwdrivers.
+ Assist in cross-training factory members as instructed.
+ Operate within established policies and procedures, seeking approval for deviations.
+ Sit or stand as required by the job, with options for certain lines.
Essential Skills
+ 6 months of manufacturing experience.
+ Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
+ Ability to read and write documentation.
+ Knowledge of production standards and goals.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Mechanically inclined background, ideally from manufacturing.
+ Ability to sit and/or stand for the duration of the shift.
+ Ability to frequently reach at waist and occasionally above head.
+ Capability to carry up to 10lbs and lift up to 45lbs.
+ Ability to frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, and/or stoop.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
