Job Description
You will perform panel wiring or wire assembly tasks according to provided diagrams and work instructions to build control panels for HVAC fans. This involves wiring the control panel itself, screwing in pieces/terminals, and feeding wires on the backplate. You will work from written schematics and follow written procedures, responsible for measuring and cutting wire to size using small hand tools and crimpers. Additionally, you will inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards, identify and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process, and maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Work Environment
The work environment is climate controlled, offering a comfortable and interactive workspace. You will work alongside a friendly group, in a growing, small, locally owned company where you have access to owners and C-level executives. The shift is from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elkton, Florida.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
