**Job Title: Electrical Assembler** **Job Description** Join a leading industry innovator specializing in robotic automation and material handling equipment. You will play a vital role in building sophisticated low-level palletizers, case palletizing systems, and conveyor systems for the Food and Beverage and Chemical industries. **Responsibilities** + Proficiently build according to machine drawings, assembly drawings, controls schematics, and bills of materials, solving any issues that arise. + Handle wiring tasks and work with control panels. + Engage in reducing or eliminating non-value-added work throughout the organization. + Utilize hand tools for tasks including structural assembly, mechanical drive assembly, fluid control assembly, guard and cover assembly, mechanical assembly, and simple electrical assembly. + Ensure quality workmanship, neatness, and acceptable efficiencies in all tasks. + Complete quality assurance checks for Blue Books. + Provide accurate documentation including labor reporting, material issue/returns, material moves, and material scrap reports. + Execute inventory re-ordering policies, including Kanban. + Prepare equipment for shipment, including machine teardown. **Why Work Here?** Experience a small company atmosphere with the support of a large corporation. Utilize Milwaukee tools and be prepared for potential overtime. The first shift runs from Monday to Thursday, with voluntary overtime available on Fridays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaver Dam, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr.
