Hiring Electrical Assemblers

Our team in our new Centennial, CO manufacturing facility is looking for a detail‑oriented Electrical Assembler to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in precision, and wants to build high‑quality cable assemblies!

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Pay: $22–$30 per hour (DOE)

Location: Centennial, CO

The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling wire, cable, sleeving, and related components according to customer requirements and industry standards. This role involves manual assembly tasks such as loading connectors, twisting wire/cable, installing labels and ty-wraps, potting, soldering, and operating stripping machines and hand tools. Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor or department manager.

Responsibilities:

Verify traveler documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revisions, quantities, etc.)Inspect provided materials for physical damage or defectsPrepare cable materials (cutting, de‑jacketing, stripping)Perform basic assembly tasks including loading connectors, applying labels, and heat‑shrink applicationAssemble harnesses using assembly boardsSign work order travelers upon completion of each processEnsure all materials are properly identified, packaged, and handled safelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all manufacturing and safety proceduresReport hazards, unsafe practices, and all injuries or incidents immediatelyMaintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled breaksPerform additional duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required3–5 months of related experience or training in the electronics fieldIPC 620/610 and J‑STD‑001 certifications preferredAbility to stand, sit, and walk for several hours at a timeMaintain a clean and orderly workspaceParticipate in safety improvement activities

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
