Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join their team. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting assembly and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Electrical Assembler
**Location:** Ewing, NJ
**Pay Range: 22-24 hr**
**Shift: 1st**
**What's the Job?**
+ Assemble electrical components, subassemblies, and finished products using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
+ Verify parts and materials against assembly documentation to ensure proper fit and function.
+ Perform basic electrical testing and inspection of completed assemblies to meet quality standards.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality protocols.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training is preferred.
+ 1–3 years of experience in electrical assembly, manufacturing, or related fields.
+ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and assembly instructions.
+ Proficient with hand tools, multimeters, and basic measuring instruments.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
