**Electrical Assembler – 1st Shift** **Location:** Palmetto, FL **Pay:** $18–$20/hr **Schedule:** Monday–Friday (No weekends) **Position Overview** We are hiring Electrical Assemblers to support the production of electrical panels and components used in airport ground support equipment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in accuracy, and want to grow in a clean, organized, climate‑controlled environment. **Shift & Hours** + **1st Shift** + Flexible start time between **5:00 AM – 7:00 AM** + Once selected, start time must remain consistent + **8‑hour workdays** (example: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM) + Monday–Friday only — **no weekends** **Key Responsibilities** + Wire and assemble electrical panels used in ground support equipment + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions + Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively + Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area **Work Environment** + Clean, organized, and climate‑controlled facility + Stable schedule with no weekend work + Team‑oriented culture with long‑term opportunities + Several current employees successfully converted from contract to full‑time **Qualifications** + Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints + Experience using hand and power tools + Previous electrical assembly experience preferred + Strong attention to detail and reliability **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palmetto, FL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
