Electrical Assembler
Job Title: Electrical AssemblerJob Description

Join our team at the Hudson site, where we specialize in building and assembling security solutions for the end-of-life disposal of sensitive information. Our industrial shredders are designed for the secure destruction of hard drives. The role involves a blend of 85% mechanical and 15% electrical assembly work.

ResponsibilitiesPerform point-to-point wiring of electrical components for products.Conduct soldering, crimping, and stripping tasks.Utilize multimeters and calipers for electrical testing.Work collaboratively within a team of three, including a supervisor.Follow detailed work instructions with visual aids for assembly tasks.
Essential SkillsPrior experience in electrical assembly.Recent soldering experience.Proficiency in point-to-point wiring.Ability to differentiate between standard and metric measurements.Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with higher voltages is advantageous.Stronger electrical skills are preferred, though mechanical skills can be developed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
