Join our team as an Electrical Assembler where you will work on assembling large control systems for temperature controlling units. You will be responsible for assembling electronic units by following detailed drawings, schematics, and BOMs to ensure accuracy. This role requires performing wiring, point-to-point, harnessing, and crimping tasks, as well as troubleshooting electrical components such as motors, relays, and circuit breakers. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and proficiency in using hand, power, and pneumatic tools are essential.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble large control systems for temperature controlling units.Follow detailed drawings, schematics, and BOMs for accurate assembly.Perform wiring, point-to-point, harnessing, and crimping.Troubleshoot electrical components like motors, relays, and circuit breakers.Collaborate on large production lines under the supervision of a team lead.Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Essential Skills3-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical assembly.Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.Proficiency in wiring, point-to-point, wire harnessing, and crimping.Experience with blueprint reading and electronic assembly.Understanding of wiring diagrams and electrical wiring.
Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift 50-100 lbs with team assistance.Experience with inventory management and forklift operation is a plus.Familiarity with NEC code requirements.

Work Environment
You will work in a team of about 7 people per production line. The dress code includes steel-toed shoes, jeans, and a plain shirt. The work schedule offers two shifts: first shift from Monday to Thursday, 6 am - 4:30 pm with optional overtime on Fridays, and second shift from Monday to Thursday, 4 pm - 2:30 am with optional overtime on Fridays.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
